Michael Radovancevich - CEO & Founder

Michael Radovancevich is the CEO and Founder of Phronema. He is a senior technology executive and software architect with decades of experience building and leading engineering and product organizations across startups, public companies, and global enterprises. His background spans distributed systems, enterprise SaaS, large-scale platforms, and applied AI, with a track record of scaling teams, modernizing technology stacks, and delivering category-defining products.

Michael began his career in operating systems and distributed computing and has held CTO, CPO, and other executive leadership roles spanning product strategy, platform architecture, data science, and organizational transformation. In recent years, his work has focused on large language models and the empirical evaluation of AI systems, including the measurement of model behavior and bias. At Phronema, he leads the company’s mission to build rigorous tools and applications for understanding, evaluating, and improving AI models.
